Simple meringue

Accidentally after preparing cake it turned out there is some egg white left. So quick choice and time for meringue 🙂

Ready to pull out

  • Egg white
  • Sugar – around 50g per egg
  • Pinch of salt

Fortunately it is quick and simple recipe. Start with mixing egg white with pinch of salt until you get rigid foam.

Get sugar – around 50g for each egg, here around ¼kg. Put sugar slowly into the foam and keep mixing…

Get baking form and put small meringues on it with spoon. In background warm up oven up to around 130°C-140°C.

Put into the oven for around 50 minutes. They should be crispy with soft inside…

Bon appetit 🙂
